The Customer must immediately inform the Seller about returning the goods by e-mail; the Customer shall write the number of VAT invoice of acquisition of goods with the mention “Return of goods” in the Subject line. The Customer shall indicate the name of an item and a brief description of a reason for returning it. Goods that are free of defects must be returned at the same condition as received – in the original packaging, undamaged, unused, and with commercial appearance. Please pack the goods safely, add the received invoice, and return to our workshop:

The Seller will transfer the money to the given bank account of the Customer or exchange the item in accordance to the European Union E-Commerce Law. The Customer pays shipping and transportation costs for return of the goods.
